Customer service from the start of my study till the end was superb.

Hotel running on its last leg. Feels like owners have abandoned it. Rooms are outdated. The pool area is sad. The chairs in the pool area are so old , damaged and disgustingly dirty. I saw a dead roach in the pool. Do not book this hotel.
