The ocean view with a full moon was spectacular. I travel to the area often for work, but I stay here for the views, the lounge, the vibes and the convenience of location. Monterey beach hotel has fantastic service and I recommend it for any visit to the Monterey Bay Area.

The lobby bar and outdoor areas have been completely redone and provide comfortable and beautiful views of the bay.

Upo checking in receptionist saw us with kids unyet still pursue giving us the room. Called front desk 10 complaining the next door are heavily smoking pot and we are struggling , they didn’t care and respect and said we will send some security but none happen and never care , for me it’s okay but we paid $800 for the room
