The location is great! Time square and theaters are in walking distance. If you daring the subway is also close by. The hotel was accommodating by holding our luggage until check in.

Heat was set to 79 and we had to open a window and heat wouldn’t move, after maintenance was called we finally were able to be comfortable at midnight. 8pm-12 was up/down heat and terrible
