The hotel was great however they weren’t able to find my reservation under this app. It took a bit and hotel.com almost did not refund me their mistake. Not the best look.

There are some nice folks who work here but it is not in the Plaza as advertised. It’s a 15-20 minute walk (if you’re able) and there’s construction all around the location.
