check out wasn't pleasant. the front desk supervisor and the other front desk clerk had me wait, were not as urgent or friendly. Where is the Aloha spirit and great customer service?

Very disappointed with this hotel and the rating is higher than Hilton is which is unbelievable. The indoor environment is not good, and the room is even worse. I don’t think the mattress is clean and good for vacation, the sofa is more dirty. I don’t know how can I spend my relax time to sit on the sofa and have a good night with the bed.
