Tv wasn’t working, phone wasn’t working. Called front desc from cell phone and was told someone was coming up to assist. 1.5 h later I called again and receptionist replied that there is nothing he can do. I mean at least offer to switch rooms or a complementary drink or dessert, something. This is just poor service
