All the way around great experience. Two miles from LAX. Free shuttle that the driver actually helps with bags. Room was very clean. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and polite. 100x a normal hotel room.

There are four Hyatts by LAX!! The front desk did not tell us this. We lugged our luggage to three Hyatts to find the right one. Not fun. The lobby was terribly understaffed, it took over an hour to get a hamburger. The staff was nice, the room was nice. The other Hyatts were nicer! Tip: know which Hyatt you are staying at!!!
