Beautiful hotel. Cool rooftop. For whatever reason the lobby was 120 degrees. Might not even be exaggerating. Never seen anything like that in all my time. We went back a week later, same situation.

Very rude experience at check in. I was told there were no king room beds available. Was able to book a king room bed myself online and they eventually moved me after 2 hours of back and forth. I’ve never had an experience like this.
