This place is great! I really don’t understand the haters. This place has full size bathtubs (unlike Aloft for 100 dollars more a night) Staff is super helpful and it’s very close to downtown Mountain View’s Castro street which has a ton of restaurants and shopping. The room I’m staying in is fantastic, don’t why people shat on this in reviews

Overall super comfortable stay. Room looked a little worn but it was quiet, clean, spacious. Not to mention a good value for the money with an array of breakfast items included as well as parking! Plus the staff was absolutely stellar! Shout out to Oscar and to Juan. 🌟

cleaning staff, slamming doors early am. towels very thin and small. low water pressure, not hot water. it was lukewarm by 8:30 am. above floor noisy heavy footsteps. didnt get rest. fridge has no freezer. asked for top floor due to noise & didnt get that.
