Very pleasant quick spontaneous trip to NYC. The hotel is perfectly located, nicely designed, with a sick rooftop bar. Service was great, will definitely be back !!

The hotel is run down. It needs some upkeep. I can’t imagine how this pile be a 4 star hotel. Event the trash cans are falling apartment. That’s not expensive to replace. .My room directly above a nightclub the entire bed was vibrating. They gave me a better room - but honestly. Either run a hotel or a club. Don’t terrorize your guest
