Jackie, front desk supervisor, was excellent! Cheerful and professional. Realizing our sensitivities, she moved us off the pet floor and didn't charge for the upgrade. Other front desk worker, Sander, gave exceptional service as well. We'll be back!

the heavy comforter makes it complicated to want to get out of bed 😄 too comfy. but definitely a great location, across the Galleria (shopping mall), close to 59/610 freeways. Plemty of Restaurants around too.

Overall it was an okay stay. Seemed a little grungy/dirty. The elevators had dirty carpet, Q-tips. For the price, it was ok. Just a bit more cleaning and it would be alright!
