Everything was perfect. Wish they had more than one luggage cart since it was unavailable during my check out and I had to make double trips hand carrying my things to load them in the car. But everything else was perfect about it.

Very much expected for NYC - the standard double bed room was tight but it is in a great location and a decent beakfast is included! Also, the staff is pleasant and helpful.

My key needed to be reactivated every single time I left my room and the line and wait to do that was sometimes over 30 minutes , very upsetting
