The staff is not very professional. They missed my wake up call times, no envelopes for the invoice folio and general attitude was not as customer service friendly as I had hoped. Otherwise, I love this hotel

The chef’s passion of food shows. Get the crab fritters. The hotel property itself is immaculately designed and tantalizing. Well kept, modern and chic. Will definitely stay here again. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
