The room needs some love ❤️. the carpet from freying from where it joins the tile. also when I open the shades the shear had a tear in it. Thanks for the great rate but not what I expected at a Hilton!

Hilton's usually have a certain standard. this one was ROUGH. I booked a king and got an accessible king which they said "couldn't" change.
the front desk was unresponsive.
see the pictures. unfortunately the place is in disrepair.
