The rooms are updated and nice, perfect for an overnight stay, great location by Macys, Bryant park, Empire State in the middle of everything. Kim at the front desk was lovely. No issues checking in. Clean hotel would stay again when traveling to New York.

Room was clearly a smoking room. Odor was horrible. Bed was comfortable, location great. Please confirm “100% smoke free rooms” claim.
