Ella was wonderful and very helpful. She upgraded us to a suite without us even asking, and we love her for it. The suite was large abs spacious, and on the 11th floor, so we had great views.

Staff was really nice, no bar or restaurant though. I was told it closed due to lack of business.

The rooms are outdated and the pictures of the rooms don’t match. The front lobby has mosquitoes and bugs flying around. Lastly, the hotel double charge me on parking.
