The staff was great (the front desk woman and the chef were super nice and helpful). The room was very clean, bed was comfortable - could use some furnishing upgrades. As a single female traveler, I really liked that I could eat dinner downstairs and not have to go out again once I checked in. I would definitely stay here again.

Extra firm mattresses aren't for everyone. Bedding was terrible. Bad pillows too.
House keeping ignores the "do not disturb" hang tags, and just walks right in on you.
Toilet backed up and flooded the bathroom. This place was a nightmare!!!
