The room was nice but our hot water didn't work when we checked in, when you flush toilet, you need to wiggle the handle to stop the sound, hold pressure for the shower. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Mold on carpet outside of our door. The lobby looks nice, but they need to fix these little details with our room.

Every time we used the elevator there was dog pee in it. I advised the front desk person, however, when we used it again the pee was still there. There was no hot water and our room smelled like pee. The lock on our door didn’t work as well.
