I was more satisfied with the customer service representative Chulip . She went above and beyond to make sure that the inconvenience of booking a sold out reservation was reversed and gave me courtesy credit and also a courtesy upgraded room. 5 stars in my opinion. Plus the service at my hotel was amazing . Thank you for this app!!

Terrible room! Light won’t turn off. Phones don’t work. Bathroom rusty. Front desk said they do not answer the phone.
