Unfortunately I got COVID during my trip to Bogotá. The staff at the Hilton took incredibly good care of me, gave me very clear guidance on their quarantine protocol, got me connected to a doctor, and overall made me feel like they were truly pulling for me. I am forever a Hilton client because of them. Hotel was good too

Deeply uninspiring hotel, bars and restaurants seem always closed or have private events, the minibars are not stocked anymore either. No-one seems to care about the guest experience
