The hotel was clean and in a convenient location for the theater district, however I thought the staff was really the shining star of the place. So friendly and helpful. Be patient with the elevator - it can take a while with only 3 running and 30 floors.

Just an old hotel right next to the port authority. Does its thing of getting you out of a jam and decent enough. NY is expensive it wouldn’t be my first choice but I would stay there if I had no better choice in Manhattan.
