The room was very spacious & super clean. But above all the lady who greeted me at the front desk (I forgot her name) was the absolute best!! Very welcoming, cheery, helpful and just an overall good receptionist!

Wouldn’t stay here. Customer service checking in was mediocre. Not only was she short with us checking in, but rude to her colleague she was training. But to make matters worse, the cut the elevator off Sunday morning. I had my elderly mom with me on the 4th floor.
