The staff was super helpful from start to finish. They do offer limo service, I wish I would've known on my way in I would have taken advantage of the service ($95 to JFK, about the same for ride share).

The first room we were assigned smelled like smoke. The second one didn’t but it was much smaller and humid. The building is a bit older and you can tell only superficial maintenance has been done. There was also very loud construction happening right next to the hotel.
