The front desk attendants were so lovely and patient. When I was in line to check in there was a horrible woman just Karen-ing out so hard on the employees and they were so graceful with that beast. They let it roll off and greeted me warmly. They were just as lovely the rest of the stay. Room was clean and plenty of towels. 10/10

Everything was great except for loud music from the rooftop bar until 4am in the morning and I asked to switch rooms but then I had really loud street noise.
