Friendly staff that works with guests to make sure everyone has a good stay. Clean updated room, easy in/out and much better than other nearby supposedly “nicer” hotels like Courtyard Marriott on Gulf Freeway. Avoid the uptight, unhelpful staff and over priced older rooms.
