exceptionally accommodating. all the staff took very good care of us. the rooms are showing a little age but the staff makes up for it

Broken AC, 8ft popcorn ceilings. Room was humid AC was broken. Staff said they could not change rooms because they were fully booked. They said they were going to send someone to fix it. No-one ever came.
