I couldn’t control the heat in the room and it was too hot I called twice and they never showed up to fix it so they promised to refund me the facility fee. Hopefully they have already.

Check in seemed rather annoyed during check in. Answering questions sarcastically and openly sighing after being asked questions. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. When room service was requested was also gave a bad attitude. 3/2/25
