Check in process is horrible. Front desk person should be fired. He took so long to check in the person in front of us that in that amount of time the restaurants and room service closed. Not at all commensurate with the rest of this famed hotel, which is otherwise very nice.

The doorman and front desk are excellent. The restaurant told me I needed reservations for breakfast. Not my kind of place.
