When I got into my room there was an issue with it.So staff upgraded me to a different room.Made the process so smooth. staff was friendly and wonderful.I recommend this best western.

Keys didn’t work and had to go back up the stairs to get new keys. we had to walk up and down stairs with luggage. We came in at 12am so we were tired so that was just a tough finish to the day. Room was fine.
