The room was excellent. The bed was amazing and so comfy. Very very clean. The front desk was extremely disorganized and no one could find a luggage cart. This is in downtown El Paso and very sketch to walk at night especially if you have a pup. Dinner from restaurant downstairs was amazing. How to order room service was super unclear

TV was not working (stuck forever on a loading screen) and the maintenance team was not available that day. The bathroom door (a sliding door) was off its rails and stuck in place. We just got unlucky with the room. The hotel staff was kind and gave us great restaurant recommendations within walking distance.
