Front desk staff were very nice! Got me checked in quick to enjoy the hotel! Bed was comfortable, pillows soft, very comfortable room. Location of hotel is great! I would definitely stay here again! Great customer service A

Roy the porter is the best. Great service all around. Location is perfect, too. Easy to get around. Rooms are pretty small but you have NYC as your living room, so who cares!
