It’s new, not a far walk from the downtown restaurants and music venues (and the city garage). Odd that the breakfast buffet isn’t included, so we went elsewhere. Great front desk service. Also interesting is the “water dispenser room” on the floor, rather than bottled water just refill a carafe.
