Excellent, modern, boutique hotel with gated secure parking. Fresh new look. Fun artsy room decor. Comfortable beds! Fabulous water pressure in the shower too! Highly recommend Black Ginger, the restaurant on the 1st floor.

Awful. In every facet . Seemed like it was a front for a drug house or something. Weird. Highly suggest NOT to stay.
