Description is misleading. It says it’s a Heathrow T5 hotel, which I took to mean that it was located at airport near Terminal 5. It wasn’t as close as I expected to airport. Rooms were old and tired. No elevator so you have to take your luggage up. Not a problem for lighter suitcases but I can’t imagine for someone who may struggle with this.
