Armando and Orlando were extremely helpful during my stay at the hotel. They were professional and provided exceptional hospitality. The rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Francisco.

Amazing check in service, extremely friendly employees across the board! Valet, reception, lobby bar! First floor is a European first floor. Which is good. Elevators were pretty slow. Rooms were a little dated but very clean. Great location. Would stay again.
