We enjoyed an excellent stay at The Ritz. Everyone working there is truly ‘at your service’ and want to make it right. Great location, immaculate, outstanding bed/pillows/sheets. Definitely will be back! Also, we enjoyed the Club Level Lounge and extremely impressive!!! Great, hot, fresh food and drinks!

Loved this hotel. Room had a beautiful view and was well kept. The room service food was very good. The restaurant was also excellent. Would definitely return while in Chicago.

Engineering is amazing. They helped move the mattress to get to my phone that I dropped behind the headboard.
