Thanks Anna, at the Front Desk for upgrading our room with a slide out door to the Pool, Hot Tub and Cafe/Bar. The staff, Katie and Tittania at both Bars are fast and friendly. Thanks, for a wonderful stay and we will be back soon ;-)

They did not have my reservation on file an tried to send me to another hotel. They also charged me for my stay even though I had already paid. Now they The Ridge cant refund me for a few days. Its convenient for you to take peoples money in a matter of a second but when it comes to the return its a matter of business days.
