This hotel is my favorite place to stay in Los Angeles. The staff is super professional and also very warm and friendly. I highly recommend the restaurant, the stylish rooms, and of course, the amazing views!

The staff is welcoming, warm, and friendly. I also appreciate how well-designed the hotel is. It’s all about the architecture: the mid-century industrial chic lobby as well as the sweeping views from the guest rooms. Alfred coffee and tea shop in the lobby is an extra bonus. Love everything about this hotel and always return when in LA.

Always terrible check in attitude. Room sheets overloaded with detergent, making them cold and sticky.
