I met with friends from New York and the hotel staff was amazing in receiving them. We had an AMAZING time!!!

The room was very nice and I had a pretty great view. I did arrive late at night but the staff was very helpful and expedited my check-in. I enjoyed the service at breakfast, where staff was friendly, interacting with guests and were attentive to table service because breakfast was packed.

Our floor completely flooded and we have to evacuate only after a few hours after checking in
