The staff in the lobby was amazing! Karen at the café was super helpful and fun, she gave us delicious food suggestions! 10/10 would go again!

Simple, but very nice/clean/attractive. Staff very helpful. Location 👍. Check-in under construction, so……. I first arrived after 9pm and alt entrance was hard to find.

Billed twice for room and charged for food/drink we never bought. Took two weeks to resolve credits. 😠
