Stunning. It truly lived up to every expectation of Kelly Wearstler’s Proper flagship. I was impressed but not surprised to her attention to detail as well as ergonomics consideration. 10/10 would stay again.

Bed was super comfortable. But the surrounding area is filled with homeless shooting up drugs and smells of feces

We were charged twice for a room, charged for $105 minibar bill when we never touch the minibar and charge $110 for parking without notice or any agreement on our part.
