The room was nice (quite big) and the location was excellent for access to Back Bay etc. Check in and valet were friendly and helpful. One thing : they do not have a valet on staff before 7am, something you'll want to address if you need your car for an early flight like I did. (Front desk and security were helpful in resolving that.)

Great hotel in a convenient location! You’re literally across the street from Sam Adams gravesite, and it’s walking distance from the Common/Faneuil Hall/theater district/Chinatown. Room is really comfortable and roomy

I had an altercation in my room and they could not have made me more uncomfortable. They threatened to press charges on something you can’t press charges on
