hi, i was supposed to get a refund due to my room being changed for a smaller one after i had arrived but i never got any followup or information about this refund.

Adorable hotel right on the canal however my room was on the ground floor with no windows except to a busy, noisy hallway. The room was so tiny I could not open my suitcase fully. Choose your room wisely. Otherwise cute hotel in a cute spot
