They let me check out at 12 instead of 11 for free, so that was nice of them.

Absolutely no complaints! We checked in after midnight and stayed only that night. The person behind the front desk was extremely friendly (especially for a middle-of-the-night check-in) and quickly got us processed! We even got to spend the night on the 2nd highest floor! So I have nothing but positive things to say about this Hyatt location!!! 🤗
