The thermostat took forever to heat the room up and there were stains all over the carpet and the shower’s grout looked old and brown/black

We arrived late Saturday Morning. The Front desk Agent Tina was very Knowledgeable and Her customer Service Skills were Top Notch. I love the stay and we loved the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thanks Tina for all your help this weekend.

It was a roach in my room and what they was trying to give me was not suffice. They wanted to give me free breakfast like I ain’t just see a roach( water bug ).
