Beautiful hotel, great room and really nice amenities — including a beautiful pool and nice gym. Unfortunately, downtown San Francisco is in a terrible state these days…not an appropriate area for children.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was fantastic. The service at the front desk was nonexistent. I'd stay again if the price was right but for the price would have expected better service.
