The rooftop bar views were stunning and they offered fantastic food. Check in experience was 5 star.

I am extremely unhappy with this stay. The staff was so incredibly rude and the comforter had visible mold on and inside of it. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. On top of that we were guaranteed an upgrade with a bathtubs and view of the lake and we did t get either. Not even an apology from the staff. I am beyond upset.
