Check-in a little dodgy. It’s like an AirBnB - no staff on premises. They call it contactless check in. On arrival we discovered this and had to call to have an email sent to ‘register and provide info like credit card for incidentals and my date of birth!!’ Once they recd that an email was sent with door access code. Awkward to be sure!

It was contactless check in even though the website said the office was open until 6pm. Also the rooms at the front are extremely noisy for road traffic and the restaurant next door.
