Was travelling with a hotel consultant and he pointed out full trash cans and trash on floor and lots of tables that needed to be bussed… room was great, server in restaurant for nightcap was great. Valet was understaffed so slow but the guy was doing his best.

Everything about our stay was excellent! Yves made us feel super welcome upon check-in. Our room was beautiful and the location can‘t be beat!

LOVED this hotel! The view was so pretty with the lights outside. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Everyone was super nice! Highly recommend.
