The check in was smooth . And the room was nice. We went to the penthouse restaurant that was a bit chaotic the waiters were busy but there were only like 6 tables with ppl and the bartender was rude.

All ice machines were broken on all floors except one. Got the run around trying to find a working one.
Room was dumpy. Chair had dirt stains, and the window was broken shattered glass.
Expensive dump with poor service.
